House One - Rental
After the short length of natural track there are double gates that lead to a good sized parking area with sufficient parking for several cars. Some steps lead up to the terraced pool area and the house is a few more steps up and to the right. A plant covered walkway takes you around the house to the large patio with BBQ area and garden. The patio has shade and a large table for outdoor dining. There are two doors to enter the property; one leads directly to the open plan kitchen dining room and the other to the rental accommodation. This house has been designed to be rented in its entirety. The kitchen has a wood burning stove at one end and the style of the kitchen itself is rustic. Just off the kitchen is a small hallway with stairs that lead up to the large sitting room and the large family bathroom. The hallway also leads to a snug room with a bedroom off. The other bedrooms are accessed either via this bedroom or via the second door from the patio. There are three further double bedrooms with a shower room at the end of the hall.
Three of the bedrooms have beds on raised dais with the mattress on top.
Next to the kitchen door is a store room which could be another bedroom. Around the side of the house and at the rear are a stable and old animal pen which could also be re-purposed. At this property there are two wells for water.
House Two
This property has its own entrance via a double gate from the road. The rear of the property is fenced so is ideal if you have dogs. Entry to the house is via a covered front terrace and just off here is a larger raised terrace with a cool alcove style room that would be great for massage clients.
Entry is directly to a good sized sitting room with fireplace and the downstairs bedroom is off the sitting room. The kitchen is at the rear of the property and has a large covered terrace outside as well as a good sized garden. There is a small plot of land next to the smaller house with a large shed on it. A neighbour has access to their well which is in a plot behind. A garage which is on the smaller house side of the river actually belongs to the title deed for the larger house.
