Property
The house is 7km to the centre of the nearest town. The 5km track to reach the house is in mostly good condition with only a couple of small spots where you need to drive slowly. Entry is via double gates that lead to parking just below the house.
Wooden steps lead up from the parking area to a partly natural stone terrace with the section closer to the house in herringbone style brickwork. An antique double wooden door leads to a good sized distribution hallway with the huge sitting room off to the left, a downstairs bathroom, large kitchen and stairs up.
The sitting room has double wooden doors to enter and this stunning room is over 10m long, with stone walling, niches and a large open fireplace with brick design. All ceilings have wood beams.
The big kitchen is in a traditional Andalucian style with marble worktops that have storage underneath. There’s a beautiful large glass and wood cupboard and a brick surround built in pizza oven and the flooring is in a traditional style with decorative tiling inserts. The kitchen also has direct access to outside and the BBQ area and land.
The downstairs bathroom has a good sized walk-in shower with marble basin and loo.

Upstairs off the large hallway are the four bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. The first bedroom off the hall has a stone clad feature wall, an in-built wardrobe and a shower room with walk-in shower. The next bedroom is the largest and it has two huge windows that overlook the tree lined hillsides. There is also an in-built wardrobe and the en-suite has bright tiling within the shower and by the basin. A family bathroom is down the hall and this is a good sized bathroom with large shower and double brass basins. At the end of the hall are the final two bedrooms one either side of a wall with a niche. The left hand is the larger of the town with in-built wardrobe, and blue inset wall and blue wooden beams, the right hand bedroom is the smallest but it still has an in-built wardrobe.

The ceilings are all constructed using concrete beams and blocks so none of the wooden beams are structural.
Each bathroom is individually designed with different styles of tile and basin.
Water is from a well and pumped to a large tank behind the house and then pumped into the house. The diesel generator is far enough away from the house and in a brick built structure so that any noise won’t be a nuisance.
In the upper part of the land is a brick built animal shed and allotment.
This is a very tranquil spot but you aren’t totally isolated as there are neighbours along the track. This is the perfect home for anyone who wants a well-built, stylish house in the Andalucian countryside. There’s plenty of room to install solar panels.
